We aim to deliver your order within 3-5 working days. Sometimes, this can take slightly longer due to carrier issues or circumstances out of our control. It can take up to 5 working days, from the time we receive your returns, for us to fulfil your request.

When we have dealt with your parcel, we will confirm this to you by email. If, after sending your return to us, you have not received our email confirmation within 10 working days, please contact us on 020 375 89 222 (Monday - Friday 8.00am to 10.00pm, Saturday 9am to 5pm, Sunday 10am to 4pm) so we can investigate.
